Babysitter first aid
Revive Medical Training is happy to announce a first aid course for high schoolers. Babysitter first aid course will equip babysitters with essential life saving techniques. This will give babysitters the confidence to know what to do in an emergency. The lesson will focus on the medical techniques necessary to manage a collapsed or choking child. In addition, Dr Justin will also advise on managing the environment, calling for help, and being prepared to receive an ambulance crew. The course is interactive and allows for plenty of discussion between the participants and the instructor. All questions will be answered no matter what! Pediatricians advise that caregivers are familiar with these situations.
High School students are encouraged to seek like-minded friends (to a maximum of a group of 6) to enjoy the heavily discounted student pricing. Lessons can be provided in the evenings, during school holidays or at weekends. The course duration is 3-4 hours. This course is not certified by the AHA. Professional childcare employees requiring an AHA certificate should book a Heartsaver® course.
